The choice was made after many years of continuous observation and <strong>data study<\/strong>, with the aim of systematic cultivation and care of <strong>cornelian cherry<\/strong> trees. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 1.10rem;\">A deep sense of respect for the heritage and the life cycle of the trees is the quality indicator that we set as a principle for every cultivation technique we apply.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 1.10rem;\">When winter arrives in the mountains and the plants go into <strong>dormancy<\/strong>, we are there to apply compost and manure throughout the field. When spring arrives, we make sure the soil is aerated so it regains its natural balance.  The same is repeated during the period of the autumnal equinox.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 1.10rem;\">We touch the trees with an awareness of the life they nurture. We prune selectively, keeping in mind the <strong>natural balance<\/strong> between fruit and foliage, which is still an unmistakable method for an excellent end result.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 1.10rem;\">Nothing is lost without wisely returning to the cultivation of <strong>FOREST FLAVORS<\/strong> cornelian cherries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 1.10rem;\">The natural intermediate vegetation after the flowering period is deposited around the trees as organic ground cover. <strong>Three colonies of Macedonian bees hosted<\/strong> on our property actively contribute to maintaining the balance of the ecosystem. Their contribution to the conservation and evolution of native species remains essential. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 1.10rem;\">Crystal water from a natural source, without chlorine, feeds the soil drop by drop during irrigation. The total soluble solids concentration ranges from 120-140 ppm, while the pH remains neutral. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 1.10rem;\">At the time of the blessed harvest, the <strong>harvest is by hand.<\/strong> Only the best fruits are selected and harvested. The satisfaction and pride is great when the labors are justified. We grow products of exceptional and increased nutritional value, without compromising quality.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 1.10rem;\">The rules of excellence, based on <strong>international hygiene and food safety standards<\/strong>, are strictly followed in the processing phase as well. Raw material storage and packaging areas are constantly re-inspected. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 1.10rem;\">Our attention is also focused on <strong>recycling<\/strong>.
