SHIPPING – RETURNS – REFUNDS
Shipping Policy
The Courier company you choose while completing the order will deliver the products to the address you specified in your order within 1-3 working days, as long as the products are immediately available.
However, if you are in a hard-to-reach area of mainland Greece or the Greek islands, delivery may take longer, usually around 3-5 working days.
Delivery time of orders may be subject to change due to unforeseen factors such as holidays, strikes, inclement weather, natural disasters, transportation issues or operational problems of the courier company. Please note that these are not the only factors that could cause a delivery delay.
If the product is not yet available for delivery, your order will remain in “Processing” status and the company will contact you to give you an estimated availability date for the product. Depending on the company’s capabilities, a replacement or cancellation of the order may be proposed.
Business days for our company are from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed as soon as possible. If you place an order on a public holiday or the day before, we will process it
the next working day. We do this to ensure that the products do not stay with the shipping company for a long time.
If there is a delay in the delivery of the product due to the fault of the courier company, our company will not bear any responsibility. However, if the courier company’s error results in a faulty product, you will retain the rights set out in the Returns and Cancellations Policy.
Shipping Cost & Delivery Time Frame
Shipping to Greece:
Free for all orders over €30 / shipping, In all other cases, the shipping cost is configured and calculated automatically when you are in your cart or when completing the order after first entering the billing information/ shipment.
You have the option to make your purchases easily and quickly from anywhere by shopping online and pick them up directly from our store at no extra charge.
Shipping abroad:
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and according to the price list of the partner courier delivery service.
Before placing your order, it is recommended that you contact us by mail or telephone to inquire about shipping costs. This will help you make an informed decision before completing your order.
Returns
We at “FOREST FLAVORS” want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Our online store returns policy applies in the following cases:
Product returns resulting from delivery errors:
If the customer receives products different from those ordered or substantially different in type or quantity due to the fault of the Company, then the customer of our online store must return the products to us after first contacting the company at sales@forestflavors.gr . The products must be in their original condition and packaging with the accompanying documents (shipping note, invoice, sales receipt, etc.) for inspection and error verification. In this case, the Company will bear the costs of returning the products to the Company as well as the costs of sending the correct order to the customer. The company will cover the return cost as long as the customer follows the recommended return procedure. If customers receive products in a glass container that is cracked or completely damaged, they should contact the courier company within 24 hours of receipt. For compensation for any damage, the products must not be removed from the package and must be returned exactly as received to the courier company within 24 hours.
In cases where no mistake has been made by the Company or in cases of non-problematic products, product returns with opened/cracked/cut packaging are not accepted for health and safety reasons.
Product returns due to defects.
If a product delivered is not what the customer ordered, is of the wrong type or quantity or is defective due to the fault of the Company,
the customer can return it (undamaged and sealed) for inspection and replacement after first contacting the company at sales@forestflavors.gr . The company will cover the return cost as long as the customer follows the recommended return procedure. The Company will assess the presence of defects after returning the products and will contact the customer to resolve the issue.
If a defect is found, the order will be replaced or cancelled.

Return of non-defective products.
The buyer is entitled to withdraw the purchase agreement within one week from the date of delivery of the products only if the products to be returned are without signs of wear or damage to their container, and the shipping package is in excellent condition. The return will only be accepted if the customer bears the shipping costs.
If you make a mistake in your order and want to change it, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the original order and reshipping the new one. The company will not be responsible for covering these costs.
Cancellation of Order
If you have completed an online order, but the product has not yet been shipped, you can contact the company at sales@forestflavors.gr to cancel your order without incurring any costs. However, if the cancellation causes a loss to the company, it may seek compensation from you depending on the size of your order and the timing of the cancellation.
Refunds
Standard procedure for a refund involves using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise negotiated.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned products. Funds will be deposited into a designated bank account.
